Rules & Conditions

1. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired cards cannot be extended or reactivated.
2. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. The purchase value must be equal to or greater than the gift card amount.
4. If the purchase total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will not be refunded or credited.
5. Gift cards are redeemable in-store at Audio Wave only or on our website.
   
6. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
